About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team at Nicolay GmbH. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for implementing quality management systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
