Global People and Culture Office Project Manager

At STADA Arzneimittel AG, we are seeking a highly skilled Global People and Culture Office Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Culture and People team, you will play a crucial role in driving STADA's Growth Culture and achieving our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Culture and People projects in close collaboration with the Leadership Team
- Support the Chief People Officer in all operational Culture and People activities
- Manage relationships and collaborate closely with the Culture and People Leadership Team and key stakeholders from our Global Executive Team
- Facilitate diverse activities within the managerial scope of the CPO, including the preparation of presentations, meeting and project coordination, and defining and tracking follow-up activities
- Coordinate the Culture and People Leadership activities, meetings such as Global conferences and business reviews
- Proactively drive the Culture and People initiative planning process in close collaboration with the Leadership Team and support in determining and prioritizing business requests
- Engage in organizational development to foster the cultural transformation in line with our company values of Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility, and One STADA
- At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or a comparable industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills, experienced in dealing with tight project deadlines
- Nimble mind with good business acumen and understanding of Culture and People/Organizational Development Strategies
- Experience in creating and presenting executive presentations
- Discreet and able to deal with sensitive Culture and People topics
- Proactive, hands-on mentality, and willingness to challenge the status quo
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and visit stakeholders in our different markets
- Excellent proficiency in German and English language
