Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Werkstudent:in to join our team at DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH in Köln. As a Werkstudent:in, you will be responsible for supporting our environmental planning team in various projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of landscape management plans and environmental reports
  • Support environmental monitoring in construction projects, including data collection and documentation
  • Collaborate on species protection projects, including data collection and analysis
  • Assist in the creation of ArcMap cartographic foundations
  • Contribute to the development of environmental impact assessments
Requirements:
  • Currently studying in a field related to biology, environmental science, or a related field
  • Strong interest in railway infrastructure projects and environmental conservation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • High level of motivation and flexibility
