About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Conversational AI Software Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge conversational AI models that power our digital twin solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to improve information retrieval and generation across various industries.
  • Utilize advanced indexing techniques to efficiently store, manage, and retrieve relevant data for diverse conversational contexts.
  • Fine-tune large language models such as GPT for specific applications across multiple industries.
  • Implement advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Natural Language Generation (NLG) techniques to continually enhance the capabilities and performance of our AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to seamlessly integrate machine learning models into production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, NLP, and conversational AI to drive continuous innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on building and deploying conversational AI solutions.
  • Proven expertise in developing RAG models, working with vector databases, and fine-tuning large language models.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals and experience with NLU/NLG techniques like sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and text generation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach to building scalable and robust machine learning systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
