Key Responsibilities- Component Assembly and Testing: Perform electronics component assembly, soldering, and mechanical assembly of systems, and test electronic and optical components according to established procedures.
- Quality Control and Documentation: Document and log inspections, production, and testing in our ERP system and other documentation tools, and perform incoming goods inspections according to specifications.
- Supply Chain Support: Support the supply chain team with activities from warehousing to picking and packing according to sales orders.
- Collaboration and Communication: Close cooperation with management and the Production & Logistics team to ensure seamless production processes.
- Education and Experience: An education covering electronics medical systems understanding, production, and testing that covers the majority of the above tasks, and relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Attention to Detail and Precision: A meticulous approach to manual work for tasks such as soldering and assembly of small precision goods, and strong attention to detail and precise working style.
- Communication and Teamwork: A motivated team player with transparent communication skills, and good communication skills in English.
- Regulated Industries Experience: Experience in highly regulated industries like medical devices, automotive, or aerospace.
- ERP System Experience: Experience working with ERP systems.
- Language Skills: German language skills.
