About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Siegen, Germany. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing and maintaining our quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality-related topics and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality or Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (e.g. ISO, ASME, IRIS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
