Job Title: Learning Content Creator
Foto is a leading company in the field of industrial automation, looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Learning Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning materials to support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality learning content, such as video recordings and editing, to enhance the sales team's knowledge and skills.
- Design and produce graphical explanatory videos on various selling skills and product training topics to support the sales team's performance.
- Contribute to our internal knowledge sharing platform to foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge exchange.
- Assist in analyzing the competencies required by the sales team to achieve business objectives and integrate them into existing strategies.
- Collaborate as a trend scout to identify emerging trends and best practices in sales and learning, and contribute to shaping the digital learning journey.
Requirements:
- Strong design and media skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
- Excellent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
