FP&A Controller

Full-time Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our leadership team.

About the Role

In this role, you will work independently but collaborate with a team of experienced controllers to provide financial analysis and planning support. Your focus will be on creating financial analyses and collaborating with the leadership team to interpret results. You will be responsible for the Mainzlar and Bochum worksites.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating budgets and rolling monthly forecasts for the worksite
• Conducting cost-performance analyses and creating ad-hoc reports
• Providing monthly reporting and recommending measures to improve plant performance or prevent deviations

Requirements

• A completed economic education, e.g., in finance, controlling, accounting, etc.
• Good MS Excel and SAP skills
• Experience in project controlling and management is an advantage

Languages

• German - fluent
• English - intermediate

Work Experience

• A few years of relevant work experience, ideally in an industrial environment
