Senior Compliance Verification Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Engineer to join our team at Volocopter GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for providing overarching certification vision and alignment within the CVE community, covering internal as well as external CVEs for composite structure and related subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Independent verification of compliance of the Type Design with the applicable certification basis, environmental requirements and operational suitability requirements, for all structural and related topics
- Verification of configuration of test articles and test setup prior to conduct of tests with relevance to compliance demonstration
- Ensure product safety and support certification through the competent authorities (EASA and validating authorities)
Requirements
- Sound technical education (Dipl.-Ing., or , Technician, certified master craftsman, or comparable)
- Minimum 6-year experience in aviation industry, ideally in multiple disciplines and on aircraft integration level as Design Engineer or CVE, with participation in the design process of an aviation product, equipment or components thereof
