Sparkasse Bodensee seeks a dedicated Legal Advisor to join our team.

As a key member of our legal department, you will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance across various aspects of our operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert legal counsel and address inquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Implement relevant directives and regulations issued by the banking association.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties on legal matters, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide essential support during internal investigations, ensuring adherence to legal procedures.
  • Effectively handle complaints with a legal foundation, demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Law or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate experience in customer relations and possess a strong understanding of banking, corporate law, and other relevant legal domains.
