Aufgaben- Erstellung und Entwicklung von Profilen für Berater basierend auf den Anforderungen der Kunden
- Bewertung und Analyse der Fähigkeiten von Beratern
- Durchführung von Interviews und Anpassungsgesprächen mit Beratern
- Zusammenarbeit mit Beratern zur Verbesserung der Profile
- Verwaltung von Zeitplänen und Fristen
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Vorlagen
- Effektive Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen
- Starke organisatorische und prozessorientierte Fähigkeiten
- Interesse an IT-bezogenen Themen
- Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
