Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement

About the Role

Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to join our team in Dassel, Germany. As a key member of our Manufacturing Site, you will be responsible for driving targeted, sustainable improvements in Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation (QDCI) through the effective use of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and change management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement DBS Roadmaps to drive QDCI improvements
  • Provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching to associates
  • Facilitate kaizen events and ensure successful sustainment of improvements
  • Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and waste elimination
  • Develop and implement associate development plans for DBS tools and kaizen leadership
Requirements
  • BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Ability to assess key business metrics and situations from a general manager's perspective
  • Mastery of DBS tools and change management processes
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action
  • Fluent in English and German
