Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to support our team in implementing our Battery Material Responsible Sourcing (BMRS) management system. You'll work on supplier questionnaires, data collection, analysis, and documentation, as well as contribute to the development of our responsible sourcing management process.

  • You'll also be involved in maintaining, collecting, categorizing, and designing presentations and training materials, and conducting research on selected topics under the guidance of our team.
  • Your tasks will also include supporting administrative duties such as meeting organization, document management, and contributing to our team knowledge management process.
  • In addition, you may monitor and conduct internal reports on social media, laws and regulations, ESG & sustainability-related research and articles.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in business administration, law, political/social sciences, or sustainability management.
  • An interest in gaining initial and further experience in global sustainability management of supply chains.
  • An analytical and logical way of thinking, as well as independent, structured, and reliable work style.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with other languages like Chinese, French, or Spanish being a plus.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
