The Role: How You'll Make an Impact at Personio

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting professional to join our team. As a Finance and Accounting professional, you will play a critical role in enabling Personio's rapid but sustainable growth and ensuring the financial health and legal stability of the organization.

Role Responsibilities: What You'll Do

  • Support account reconciliations and assist the Accounts Payable team in booking invoices, supporting travel cost management, and other tasks.
  • Aid in month-end closing procedures and engage in project work focused on supporting the automation of processes.

Role Requirements: What You Need to Succeed

  • Current or completed studies in business administration, Business information system, finance, or a similar field.
  • You have gained your first experiences (e.g., as an intern or working student) with data analytics or have applied your analytical skills in other fast-paced companies.
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
  • English is required, as we are a European company.
  • You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality.
  • You showcase a data-driven mindset, accuracy, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn more.
  • You have on-point communication and are able to present complex topics simply.

Salary:

  • Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour.
  • Interns: 40 hours per week; 2,160€ per month.
