Wir suchen einen Vertriebsspezialisten, der unsere Vertriebsstrategie für den deutschen Markt entwickelt und umsetzt. Als Teil unseres Gründungsteams in Deutschland wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Erschließung des deutschen Marktes spielen.

Aufgaben
  • Kontaktaufnahme mit potentiellen Neukunden über Telefon, E-Mail und soziale Medien
  • Verstehe die Herausforderungen unserer potentiellen Kunden und entwickle unseren Vertriebsansatz stetig weiter
  • Buche Discovery-Calls oder Produkt-Demos mit Kunden, die unserem Zielprofil entsprechen
  • Manage unsere Vertriebs-Pipeline mit unserem Hubspot CRM System
  • Hilf dabei unsere GTM-Strategie zu informieren und gestalte unsere Vertriebsstrategie, Organisation und Kultur aktiv mit
Voraussetzungen
  • Du sprichst Deutsch als Muttersprache oder auf einem gleichwertigen Level und bist offen, nach Berlin zu ziehen
  • Du exzellent kommunizieren kannst, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
  • Du mitfühlend wettbewerbsfähig bist und immer der/die Beste sein willst und damit auch dein Team motivierst
  • Du idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb gesammelt hast oder sehr interessiert an einer Karriere im Vertrieb bist
  • Du dich mit unseren Werten bei Birdie identifizieren kannst
