About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Physical Security Operations team at SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance. As a working student, you will play a critical supporting role in our team, contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of the Operations team
  • Oversee ticketing system and workflow tools for security tasks, ensuring efficient and effective issue resolution
  • Maintain our internal communication platforms, including SharePoint, to facilitate seamless collaboration
  • Perform checks for supplier topics, such as invoicing, orders, and assessments, to ensure compliance and accuracy

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred field of study: Business Administration, Safety and Security management
  • Excellent written and spoken business communications skills in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools, with advanced planning and self-organizing skills
  • Ability to work independently and solution-oriented, with a strong attention to detail
