Key responsibilities include:
* Development of AIS and PLS systems, sub-systems, and equipment
* Managing development of systems architecture provided by an external supplier
* Specifying factors of safety, quality, systems performance, cost, environmental, operational, and industrial requirements
* Monitoring, reviewing, and validating supplier deliverables
Requirements:
* Completed studies in physics, electrical engineering, informatics, aerospace, systems engineering, or comparable
* Long-term professional experience in systems and equipment engineering
* Knowledge in Model-Based Systems Engineering
* Expertise of at least 5 years in AIS and PLS systems
* Experience implementing regulations and standards like DO178/278, 254, ARP4754, and others related to the specific sensor equipment
* Experience in digital ICD and electrical installation design tools would be a plus
