Construction Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect/Building Designer/Planner to join our team at Ten Brinke Group. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating building projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement design plans for building projects, including architectural, structural, and MEP systems
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of project tasks and deliverables
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Building Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building design, construction, or project management
- Proficiency in building information modeling (BIM) software, including Autodesk Revit and Graphisoft ArchiCAD
- Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and creatively
