Computer System Support Specialist

At Three Saints Bay, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Computer System Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, access, and logins in accordance with local policies.
  • Remove or disable default, guest, and service accounts, and rename administrative accounts.
  • Maintain authorized patches on desktop PCs.
  • Install and maintain Microsoft Office Suite, command-specific applications, and hardware on PCs.
  • Install new hardware products, peripherals, and equipment, including VTC hardware, printers, laptops, and servers.
  • Ensure anti-virus engines and definitions are current.
  • Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Establish network access protocols to enable end users to gain local access.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • IAT level 1 certificate in accordance with DoD 0-M.
  • Three years of experience supporting and maintaining IT assets within large-enterprise Army enclave environments.
  • Three years of experience utilizing an incident management system to manage a structured C4IM Service Catalog.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and providing support and maintenance of secure VTC systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
