We're looking for a Senior Engineering Director to lead the technical and strategic direction of the Engineering Function at our Site. As a critical member of the Site Leadership Team, you'll set and drive the mission for the Site, working closely with the Global Elanco Technical Operations Leadership Team to shape the global technical strategy for Elanco Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-performing engineering teams, with a deep understanding of Elanco Engineering and Manufacturing principles. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive excellence in engineering, ensuring that our Site operates safely, efficiently, and effectively.

As a key member of our Site Leadership Team, you'll have a unique opportunity to influence the direction of our organization and contribute to the development of our global technical strategy. Key Responsibilities:
