Operational Excellence Task Force

Aenova is establishing an Operational Excellence task force to drive transformative projects and deliver best practices. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to scoping, implementing, and delivering projects that align with Aenova's strategy and 5-year value creation plan.

Your Key Responsibilities

The task force will operate as a hands-on internal consulting group, focusing on site-specific and group-wide initiatives. Your role will encompass:

• OEE improvements
• Footprint optimization and optimal product allocation
• Working capital optimization
• Throughput-time reduction
• End-to-end process harmonization and group-wide best practice roll-outs
• Realization and monitoring of major capacity expansions and capability extensions
• Product portfolio optimization (product profitability, tail management, etc.)
• Business case preparation to support strategic decision-making
• M&A integration management

Your Profile

• University degree (Masters/Diploma) preferably in business administration or engineering
• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, Big 4, or in-house consulting
• Consistent track record of outperformance
• Track record of leading transformative operational implementations
• Ability to travel most of the time
• German speaking is a plus
