We are looking for a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Hilchenbach or Mönchengladbach. As a Project Scheduler, you will be the point of contact for integrated project plans and responsible for their creation in the Sales and Execution Phase. Your tasks will include:
- Creating integrated project plans for international large-scale projects
- Overseeing the overall project timeline of the entire internal value chain (E/P/C)
- Monitoring, controlling, and consolidating related project plans with higher granularity
- Being the main point of contact and expert within the project team on all topics related to project planning and control
- Maintaining and updating integrated project plans
- Monitoring project progress and checking corresponding forecasts
- Responsible for creating related progress reports
- Analyzing project plans in terms of deviations and evaluating critical paths in the project
- Evaluating buffer times, critical trends, what-if scenarios, etc.
- Communication as part of the core team with customers and main business partners
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a degree in engineering or economics and at least 5-10 years of experience in operational project control of large-scale projects in the plant construction industry. We value:
- Excellent knowledge of Primavera and MS Project tools
- Technical affinity and the ability to familiarize yourself with relevant technical topics
- A structured, independent, and meticulous working style combined with a high level of reliability and commitment
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent English skills in writing and speaking
- High team skills, willingness to engage, and communication skills
