Job Title: Senior Sales Manager for Renewables

Mane Contract Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our Renewables Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the offshore wind industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share in the offshore wind sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, investors, contractors, and grid operators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Manage complex proposal and tender processes, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality sales materials and presentations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical and commercial guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the offshore wind industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex information and translate it into compelling sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
