Electronics Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our electronic assembly team at our Roding site.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a medium-sized team of electronic assembly technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Monitor and achieve strategic and organizational goals, including personnel planning, overtime, and weekend work.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor daily operations and projects, ensuring timely completion and quality.
  • Collaborate with downstream departments to complete assembly modules.
  • Commission and test functional assemblies.
  • Develop and maintain work and process instructions, reports, and documentation.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Master craftsman training in electronics or mechatronics.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Professional experience in mechanical engineering or automation technology.
  • Goal-oriented management style with strong communication skills.
  • MS Office skills and SAP knowledge desirable.
