About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at STRABAG AG Direktion Nord Bereich Weser-Ems as an Asphalt Polier. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a crew in asphalt construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute asphalt construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Completed education in road construction or a related field.
  • Proven experience in asphalt construction, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
