Job Description

At Bertrandt, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the architecture of our manufacturing quality system for the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure product quality consistency and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Evaluate and analyze quality management systems to identify areas of weakness and risk, and lead the formulation of solutions and technical decisions.
  • Direct departments and teams in the implementation of quality management solutions, integrating quality requirements, standards, and principles into processes and regulations.
  • Foster a Quality-First culture by executing the Quality-First strategy, planning and implementing quality culture initiatives, and enhancing quality awareness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in overseeing semiconductor wafer manufacturing processes, equipment management, and quality control methods.
  • Experience with both silicon-based and non-silicon-based implementations preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of raw material properties and key quality requirements in wafer manufacturing.
  • Mastery of the wafer manufacturing process, equipment management, and quality control methods.
  • Experience in process development, process integration, and manufacturing quality control.
  • Strong work motivation, responsibility, and precise, clear thinking.
  • Excellent skills in analysis and improvement.
  • Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, and QC7 methods.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 quality management system and high stress resistance.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or Chinese are advantageous.
