We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Transformation Expert to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Domain Consultant team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers transform their network security and zero trust journey.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise to customers on our Strata portfolio, helping them define and implement secure solutions that meet their business needs.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer solutions that align with our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security services.
- Customer Engagement: Present to customers as our expert at all levels, from practitioner to senior leadership, and lead customer demonstrations to showcase our unique value proposition.
- Technical Validation: Lead and support Technical Validation projects for prospective customers and partners, ensuring technical wins in assigned opportunities.
- Solution Architecture: Architect solutions that help customers strengthen and simplify their security posture, documenting high-level design and key use cases for proper implementation and value realization.
- Industry Trends: Lead conversations about industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape, discussing and highlighting product alignment with customer requirements and differentiation.
- Competitive Analysis: Discuss competitive offers in the marketplace and position our solutions as the best alternative.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security, or SSE/SASE.
- Customer Communication: Outstanding customer communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in working with customers and demonstrating problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP, and BYOD Solutions, as well as advanced knowledge of On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies.
- Language Skills: Next to business level German, proficiency in English is required.
