As Head of Transaction Banking Hub, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional transaction banking services to our corporate clients in Germany, while also driving cross-selling opportunities to other business lines. You will manage a team and take initiative in further building the franchise, ensuring the moderate risk profile of ABN AMRO is reflected in the client portfolio, products sold, and mindset of the team. You will also be involved in complex international deals and provide input on the development of international product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Involved in complex international deals
* Provide input on the development of international product and service offerings
* Steer the team to achieve commercial, financial, and client satisfaction targets
* Negotiate with clients and reach agreement on terms and conditions

Requirements:

* University degree or proven comparable level
* Knowledge of commercial economics and/or business management at graduate level
* Relevant commercial banking experience and a sufficient understanding of various specialisms such as Loans, Treasury, Payments, Trade, Leasing, Factoring, and Private Banking
* Management experience and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
* Knowledge of current social and economic developments, affinity with general and specific developments in international services, their structure and organisation, the market parties involved, and laws and regulations
* Knowledge of the ABN AMRO vision and strategy, service concepts, business processes, organisation, products, and services
