About the Opportunity
The ZEISS Group is embarking on a transformative journey to standardize and regularize its business processes globally, leveraging SAP S/4HANA as the foundation. This initiative aims to harmonize processes across all segments and countries, focusing on Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility, and Compliance. As a Business Process Consultant, you will play a crucial role in this project, working in partnership with business and IT experts to collect business requirements and specify process adaptations.
Your Role
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Process Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements towards the global SAP template, ensuring seamless integration with end-to-end workstreams. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with business representatives and IT experts to elaborate global E2E Record-to-Record processes and requirements.
- Improving, building, and testing existing SAP template and adding new functionalities to required E2E Record-to-Record process adaptations.
- Supporting change control and demand management of ZEISS entities live in SAP S/4HANA.
- Contributing functional and process expertise to design to-be processes, identifying potential handover points and interfaces.
- Preparing to-be process design decisions within E2E workstreams and ZEISS MED process owners.
- Coordinating efficient design work and driving transformation in the ZEISS MED segment.
- Participating in agile ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Retro.
- Supporting training concept and training documents creation.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional experience in Finance and Controlling, as well as in-depth understanding of E2E Record-to-Report business processes, is essential. Proven experience with business requirements management and design of business processes, as well as experience with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, is required. Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to build networks and work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team. Business fluency in English and German is mandatory, and willingness to travel is a plus.
