Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at KPMG. As the first point of contact for guests, customers, and employees, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and welcoming guests, customers, and employees
  • Distributing mail and packages at the front desk
  • Booking and managing meetings and conference rooms
  • Issuing visitor passes
  • Proactively resolving customer inquiries, issues, or concerns
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the front desk
  • Brewing coffee and maintaining the break room
  • Representing the front desk team in their absence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • A completed education and relevant work experience in the hospitality or service industry (desired)
  • A friendly, helpful demeanor and strong communication skills
  • A positive, hands-on attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using standard office equipment (PC, printer, copier, scanner)
