Als Application Engineer bei ARTS sind Sie Teil eines innovativen Teams, das High-Tech-Unternehmen weltweit unterstützt. Wir ermöglichen unseren Kunden durch effiziente Personalprozesse einen entscheidenden Wettbewerbsvorteil.

Als Application Engineer sind Sie verantwortlich für die Betreuung von Kunden und internationalen Geschäftspartnern. Sie bearbeiten technische Anfragen und legen applikationsspezifische Abgasreinigungssysteme aus. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Fachabteilungen und Vertriebspartnern sind Sie für die Lösung von technischen Störungen und die professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenbelangen verantwortlich.

Aufgaben:
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Kunden und internationalen Geschäftspartnern
  • Bearbeitung von technischen Anfragen und applikationsspezifische Auslegung von Abgasreinigungssystemen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Fachabteilungen und Vertriebspartnern
  • Troubleshooting und Unterstützung bei der Behebung von technischen Störungen
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenbelangen aller Art
Anforderungen:
  • Technische Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden in einer technisch beratenden Tätigkeit
  • Versiertes MS Office Anwenderwissen und geübter Umgang mit einem Grafikprogramm
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Begeisterung für Wissenschaft und Technik
