Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in industrial automation to lead customer projects in the field of production lines or equipment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing international project teams and coordinating internal and external interfaces.
  • Proven track record of ensuring contract- and specification-compliant project execution, including successful project closure and handover to the service team.
  • Ability to identify and address potential deviations in terms of time, cost, and quality, and implement changes in a controlled and efficient manner.
  • Active participation in the standardization of our project management processes.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A technical degree or equivalent qualification, combined with relevant work experience or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of project management experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the field of special machine or equipment manufacturing.
  • Experience with ramp-up phases is an asset.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing international and interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP.
  • A systematic approach to work, combined with a high degree of flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • A high level of self-motivation and responsibility.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as a high level of international travel readiness.
