About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nursing Professional (m/f/d) in the Sector Senior Care in Delmenhorst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individual assistance to patients in terms of personal hygiene, repositioning in bed, mobilization, prevention, and meal provision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing individualized care and support to patients in a senior care setting
  • Activating care and encouragement in relearning daily life activities
  • Observing, recognizing, and evaluating changes in patients' behavior and conditions
  • Implementing prescriptions and treatment care in collaboration with physicians
  • Informing patients and their families about necessary care services
  • Maintaining contact with relatives or caregivers
  • Sharing responsibility for proper maintenance of nursing documentation

Requirements

  • Qualification as a nursing professional (e.g., nurse, certified geriatric nurse, registered nurse, pediatric nurse)
  • Preferably experience in caring for elderly individuals
  • Team player with compassion, empathy, and professionalism
