We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and segmenting target audiences, developing marketing campaigns, and analyzing key performance indicators.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch marketing campaigns
  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenses

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe CC
  • Agile project management skills and excellent communication abilities
