We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Germany.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the implementation of Identity-Lifecycle-Management and develop a comprehensive, application-agnostic role concept with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations or Customer Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identity-Lifecycle-Management: Develop an Identity-Lifecycle-Process and a comprehensive, application-agnostic role concept with the client, taking into account their security requirements.
  • Beratung und Definition der Betriebsprozesse: Define the system landscape and work with the client to develop operational processes, taking into account their current situation.
  • Kundenworkshops: Conduct workshops with the client to align their requirements with our governance for Power-Platform- and Dynamics 365 implementation. Provide and configure environments, and monitor them using Azure-IaaS- and PaaS-Diensten.
  • Dokumentation: Create and document best practices related to Dynamics 365 implementation.
  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Set up CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps to enable automated builds, tests, and deployments.
  • Governance-Gesamt-Architektur: Develop and define the governance and compliance concept with the client for Entra ID, Azure Landing Zone, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and third-party products.
  • Projektsupport: Support development and release deployments, parameterization, data migration, project planning, and execution, as well as project documentation.
  • Technologische Forschung und Weiterbildung: Continuously research and develop new technologies, best practices, and tools in cloud computing and DevOps to improve efficiency and innovation within the organization.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience with relevant background.
  • At least 2 years of project experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations or Customer Engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Lifecycle Services and Power-Platform-Admin-Center, as well as automation of processes using Build- and Release-Pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (KQL, SQL, and PowerShell).
  • In-depth understanding of Azure services.
  • Preferred cloud certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-700, SC-300, SC-400) are considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (at least B2 level) to advise and train clients.
