About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and developing content for our internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Management: Organize and design new content for our Siemens Intranet appearance, including regular updates of existing information.
  • Newsletter Creation: Support the development of bi-monthly newsletters with the latest information about company functions, success stories, people-related information, and best practices.
  • Social Media Content: Create engaging social media content, including articles on LinkedIn and other external platforms, with a focus on functional content.
  • Internal Communications: Participate in the development of internal information, including Yammer, films, and other multimedia content.
  • Logistics Support: Engage with the logistics team in HQ, BU, and Regional Companies to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on cutting-edge trends and techniques in communication to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Currently studying Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field of management studies.
  • Skills: Advanced text and content editing skills, illustration skills, and proficiency in commonly used office applications.
  • Personality: Meticulous attention to detail, ability to adhere to instructions and branding guidelines, and a knack for contributing valuable insights during brainstorming sessions.
