Senior Luxury Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Luxury Sales & Training Specialist to join our team at BSH Home Appliances Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and training experiences to our clients and partners.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury sales, with experience in managing relationships with high-end clients and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure that our sales teams have the knowledge and skills required to effectively communicate the value of our products.

This is a full-time position based in the Greater Los Angeles area, with opportunities for travel to other locations as needed. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a proven track record of success in luxury sales and training.

• Deliver exceptional sales and training experiences to clients and partners.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales team knowledge and skills.
• Maintain strong relationships with high-end clients and partners.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Cultivate business with architecture and design community to create brand awareness.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree – Required.
• Certification (interior design / spatial planning) – Preferred.
• 3-5 Years of Experience (luxury sales/business development) – Preferred.
• Strong understanding of Gaggenau brand & products, as well as those of competitors.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to thrive in both a team and highly autonomous setting.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
