We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Springerkraft (Caregiver and Support Specialist) in our residential care facilities for individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide short-term and long-term support to residents in our two residential care facilities.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote resident independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

  • Completed education and training in a relevant field, such as healthcare, social work, or education.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
