We are seeking a skilled Beauty Artisan to join our Sephora team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our beauty team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and sharing your expertise in makeup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of beauty products and trends
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and recommendations to customers
- Support the success of the store by driving sales and promoting products
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Completed training in beauty, cosmetics, or makeup (minimum 6 months)
- 3 years of experience in beauty or makeup artistry in retail
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of beauty products and trends
- Good English language skills
