Unlock Business Potential with Data-Driven Strategies

Oetker Digital GmbH is seeking a seasoned Data Consultant to champion the digital transformation of the Oetker Group. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement data-driven Marketing, Sales, and Brand strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to enhance business performance and foster a data-centric culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement an Oetker Group Data & Intelligence Platform
  • Consult stakeholders to understand their business processes, goals, and needs, and translate these into requirements for data solutions
  • Manage data projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to implementation and optimization
  • Work closely with the Business, Marketing, Data Engineering, and Data Intelligence Teams to develop and implement new data solutions
Requirements:
  • Exceptional consulting, project, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of leading impactful consulting projects
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and drive business value through data solutions
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solution requirements and manage technical development teams
  • Proficiency in explaining complex data solutions to business stakeholders and fostering a data-driven culture
  • A product mindset, aiming to build persistent data products instead of ad-hoc solutions
  • Experience in working with Marketing Data and understanding basic technical and methodological aspects of data solutions
  • Fluent in German and English
