Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate with Representation Function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including prices, promotions, and product features.
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
