Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in ensuring that Salesforce products align with organizational goals, meet customer needs, and deliver value.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and Enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement Solution: Utilize your expertise to optimize and improve the existing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement solution.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to define Salesforce features, enhancements, and improvements that meet business objectives.
  • Focus on Integration: Concentrate on integrating Salesforce with various ERP systems using multiple methods, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Maintain Requirements Backlog: Prioritize and manage the requirements backlog, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and driving successful product development.
  • Steer Suppliers: Effectively coordinate with suppliers to ensure stable Salesforce operations and successful project delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other product owners, developers, and application specialists to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Your Ideal Profile

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Account Engagement.
  • Strong experience in system integration between Salesforce and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in intercultural teams and with business stakeholders.
  • A hands-on mentality and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken, and a willingness to travel up to 10 percent for business purposes.
