Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Salesforce-Experten, der unsere Kundenprojekte technisch ausgestaltet und komplexe Unternehmensarchitekturen definiert. Als Senior Salesforce Engineer/Architect bist du verantwortlich für die Definition von Integrationen und die Beratung von Kunden. Du unterstützt bei der Projektakquise in Pitches und stehst dem cross-funktionalen Team aus Kreation, Frontend, Backend etc. mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Definition komplexer multi-cloud Unternehmensarchitekturen und Integrationen
  • Beratung von Kunden und Unterstützung bei der Projektakquise in Pitches
  • Leitung technischer Projektteams und Setzen von Standards und Best Practices
  • Präsentation von Ideen vor Kunden, auch auf Englisch
  • Unterstützung bei Pitches bei Bedarf
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Mind. 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung und Delivery von Salesforce-Projekten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Salesforce Apex und Design Patterns
  • Solide Kenntnisse des Salesforce-Entwicklungslebenszyklus, einschließlich sfdx und Change Sets von HTML, CSS und JavaScript
  • Erfahrung und Zertifizierung mit einer Enterprise Integration Plattform wie Mulesoft ist von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse bezüglich Release Management Tools & DevOps Prozessen sowie Pre-Sales Erfahrung wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsstärke
  • Erprobte Kenntnisse im Auf-, Ausbau und in der Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Belastbarkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit, Humor, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
