About the Role

We are seeking an Automotive Product Management Development Specialist to play a crucial role in establishing partnerships with leading automotive brands and mobility service providers. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of our product portfolio and support our in-car integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop our product portfolio by defining products and shaping use cases in collaboration with our automotive partners.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through in-depth market analysis and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create customer-oriented presentations and pitches that showcase our products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Capture and communicate customer requirements to our Tech Team to ensure seamless integration into our development pipeline.
  • Engineer and establish internal processes and tools for 4screen and the Mobility & Automotive Integration Team to optimize efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus.
  • A master's program or near completion of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Marketing, Business Engineering, or Business Informatics.
  • Full-time availability for a 4-6 months internship and a valid driver's license.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • A curious mindset, ready to learn new topics, and actively offer support by putting insights into action.
  • Strong team player and good communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Previous internship or working student experience in consulting, tech, automotive industry, or similar is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €20,000 - €25,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
