Job Description

We're looking for a talented Junior Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok. Your goal will be to develop a content strategy that resonates with our audience and drives brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and values.
  • Create high-quality content for our social media channels, including videos, photos, and captions.
  • Manage and schedule content using social media management tools.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop new content ideas and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience creating video content for social media platforms (at least 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience).
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
  • Passion for community building and engagement.
  • Experience or interest in creating content for ads (performance marketing is a plus).
  • Fluency in German and English.
