Content Designer for Help Experience

We're seeking a skilled Content Designer to join our Content Design & Localisation team at Vinted. As a Content Designer, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality UX writing that delivers an exceptional experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of all content design needs within the Help Experience domain, leading and driving content initiatives.
- Research, create, test, launch, and iterate copy and wireframes for user interfaces and landing pages, collaborating with design, localisation, DSA, product, legal, and customer support teams.
- Ensure consistency and quality by aligning copy with Vinted's UI style guide, UX writing principles, and brand identity.
- Set an example of UX writing and content design best practices, advocating for accessibility, localisation, and member-centricity.
- Identify opportunities and lead strategic content initiatives to enhance Vinted's overall user experience.
- A strong English speaker with a number of years of experience in Content Design or UX writing roles, preferably in Product or Design.
- Highly experienced in applying technical content design skills, including accessibility compliance, reworking IA, wireframes, and schematics.
- Bonus: experience with support-related features like chatbots or conversation design, live chat interfaces, etc.
- Deep understanding of the importance of working closely with localisations to deliver first-rate UI copy across all languages.
- Fluency in other Vinted market languages like French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
