Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to join our Security team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our team, you will advise technology teams in designing and implementing security architectures and controls.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Security Ambassador deployed into the telco network's Core, RAN, OSS, and BSS teams during phases of technology creation and evolution
- Working with technology teams to architect, design, prioritize, coordinate, and communicate the security and compliance controls necessary to ensure a highly secure yet usable computing environment
- Conducting security maturity assessments to evaluate existing security designs and controls, identify weaknesses, and make recommendations
- Providing guidance to technical teams in fixing security issues, for example, around secure coding and user awareness
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience as a security expert in a telco network environment
- Knowledge of Linux, virtualization, containers, and security standards (3GPP, BSI)
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
