We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead our building projects from planning to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical building equipment of our projects and ensuring that quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects independently from planning to completion, overseeing various-sized construction sites
• Coordinate and monitor the technical building equipment of construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Ensure that construction sites are well-managed, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
• Participate in construction site meetings, conduct quality and safety inspections, and oversee the resolution of any issues that may arise
• Manage the procurement, tendering, and contracting process for construction services, utilizing software such as ORCA-AVA

Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in building services
• Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in using AVA software (ORCA) a plus
• Ability to work independently, with strong leadership and communication skills
