About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our Enterprise ERP Systems program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the program's delivery, ensuring it meets quality, time, budget, and scope requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive program and project plans to establish clear objectives, timelines, and resources.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to prepare decision documents for the leadership team.
  • Monitor and control daily project activities, including progress and achievement of objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within project teams and with stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and escalate risks and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Sound professional experience in program and project management of international, strategic corporate projects.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects involving significant people, process, and technology change.
  • Deep experience in managing company-wide cross-functional Enterprise ERP programs in an international environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with business process and large-scale transformational initiatives.
  • Experience standardizing and simplifying business processes is an advantage.
  • Successfully completed technical or business studies.
  • Sound and long-standing experience with Stage-Gate, agile project management processes, and their tools.
  • Program management training and certificates, such as PMI, Scrum, etc., desirable.
  • Excellent communication, cooperation, and team building skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, confident demeanor, and influencing skills.
  • Fluent English skills, including technical terms.
  • Willingness to travel.
