Join Our Team as SAP Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect to join our Digital Services & Operations Unit. As a key member of our Business Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in further developing our ERP system and designing customised SAP solutions for various areas of Welthungerhilfe.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design the solution architecture based on the entire SAP S4/HANA platform and drive the harmonization of the SAP application landscape, particularly in the areas of Finance, Logistics and Human Resources.
  • As a technology expert, you will be responsible for the technical management and coordination of the organisation-wide SAP S4/HANA implementation and migration project in a cross-divisional project team.
  • You will take responsibility for analyzing and evaluating stakeholder and project requirements for the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA.
  • Together with the project team, you identify and realise optimization and consolidation potentials of the introduced SAP ECC applications and systems.
  • You take on the challenge of finding and implementing solutions for combined business and technical problems.
  • You support our external service providers and consultants and take on the technical coordination.
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed a university or college degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification.
  • You have relevant experience with SAP S/4 HANA systems and migrations to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Ideally, you also have several years of project experience as an SAP expert with sound business expertise in the areas of finance, logistics and human resources.
  • You have an excellent feel for new SAP technologies and their impact on organisational culture, leadership and collaboration.
  • You see yourself as a go-getter with enthusiasm for digital change and have knowledge of agile methods.
  • You are looking forward to enriching our motivated team with your expertise, energy and humour.
  • We expect you to be confident in using Office 365.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English - our team is international and the working language is (mostly) English. German language skills are an advantage.
